1 oz. Gates of London Gin
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Rosemary sprig
Domaine Carneros® Sparkling Wine
Method: Muddle all ingredients. Shake and strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with rosemary sprig.

Method: Muddle the Bing cherries (remove pits) in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients into the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour contents into a highball glass. Top with a splash of Taittinger Prestige Rosé Champagne (or Prosecco if you don’t have champagne).
Pair these with a vegetable fritatta, onion and gruyere tarts, pan seared chicken, or a arugula salad with poached egg, bacon, and light vinaigrette. This makes the ultimate healthy and happy brunch for you and your guests!
