What to get dad on June 15th is always a mystery. Whether he’s a gadget guy, a tie guy, or a BBQ grill master, the dilemma always seems to come around to what to get him without repeating last years gift. I know I have this trouble, as my father is an excellent cook and I have pretty much gotten him everything from Sur La Table and Williams & Sonoma for the past 12 years. This year, say how much you love dad with some good Scotch, a nice dinner, or some of these other great gifts!

BSH Father_s DayA Nice Brunch or Dinner:

Benjamin Steakhouse in Westchester, NY is phenomenal. For those of you who didn’t see my experience there check out this delicious description of the night. From Brunch to Dinner, here at Benjamin’s, you can enjoy a Prix-Fix dinner of $54.95 a person (tax and gratuity not included). I recommend the Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Cakes, and Veal Chop… Benjamin’s just does it right!

“I love you” can go a long way, but when you want to say I love you dad with a little something on the side, say it with some Scotch. The Scotch Malt Whiskey Society has some amazing gifts for dad and he can get some great scotch tastings for unbelievable prices. Just think, you can give him a gift that he keeps on getting!

If he likes his bubbles:

Charles Heidsieck is fantastic Champagne and is the perfect gift to celebrate dad this season. The Blanc des Millénaires has newly-released packaging that brings in its inspiration from Chalk Cellar Number Nine, which is where the champagne is aged. The hand made label shows you were thinking of him this holiday and is absolutely beautiful. A retail price of around $185, the highly awarded Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires Vintage 1995 is the perfect gift for dad.

Want to go all out? Get dad a little bit of everything! Have a very wonderful Father’s Day!
