projectIt’s happening: a one of a kind dining off menu experience. Thursday June 11th, 2015 enjoy a seated dinner with mixology demonstrations and chef interactions. Project Sara, founded by Culinary Innovator Viraj Borkar of Mumbai, India is the man behind this project. Stemming from years of culinary training and experience in some of Mumbai, Dubai and New York’s finest restaurants, Viraj saw the constant struggle that it takes for Chefs coming out of school to grow within the industry. He created Project Sara to bring Chefs the opportunity to expand their reach by cooking at our Dining Reconstructed Events while bringing them exposure to a new crowd of guests.

How cool right? As a chef myself, I know how hard it is making a mark in this industry, especially with so much talent, hard work, and drive out there among culinary professionals. Cooking is an art form, and creative, passionate people excel in this industry… its time they get a chance to show their skills right?

rooftopProject Sara acts as their restaurant for the evening giving them a platform to grow while cooking at the most elegant and passionate level. The launch will be on June 11, 2015 in New York City from 7-10pm at 601 West 26th St. New York, NY 10001. Tickets range from $85-$120 per person and depending on tier, include a seated dinner, live mixology demonstration, interaction with the Chefs and an upscale wine tasting sponsored by Rooftop Reds of Brooklyn NYC.
