Are you crazy about Crepes? How about a crepe filled with chocolate truffles, strawberries, homemade green tea custard, and topped with green tea ice cream? Sounds to good to be true! Well, that’s at least what I thought until I discovered Eight Turn Crepe company in NYC!
This company takes the art of crepes to another level with their sweet, savory, and salad inspired creations.
The process of making the crepe is beautiful and fun to watch. The batter is gently placed and maneuvered with a wooden tool by one of the crepe specialists. Once fully cooked, its ready for some delicious fillings. The famous BLT Crepe comes with fresh Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, huge chunks of Avocado, a Chipotle Aioli, and Tomatoes. They then roll it up, keeping all the inside ingredients intact, and serve it to you cone style; its truly a must watch! This makes it so easy to eat on the go and carry with you.
Aside from the really cool crepes, Eight Turn also has a wide variety of coffee’s, teas, and even Yuzu Soda. This soda is sweet and refreshing with nice chunks of fresh fruit with every sip. The Black Sesame Seed Shake is also a great menu item, and makes for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
