Viniq is America’s first shimmery liqueur. This Moscato Vodka combination was fun and flirty for a “novelty” night. I had the girls over and we enjoyed these two shimmery cocktails for summer, which were sweet and satisfying with some dark chocolates, chocolate covered raisins, and more.
This is a sweet liqueur, and certainly something mixable. Would I drink this on it’s own, not so much, but mix it with something and I think that those who enjoy moscato and moscato cocktails, this one is right on the money.
There is the purple shimmery Viniq as well as the ruby. These cocktails call for the Ruby, however both types of Viniq can be enjoyed.

The Viniq Pom Pom
1.5 parts Viniq Ruby
.5 part Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur
1 part Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
.5 part Absolute Elyx Vodka
3 parts Stella Artois Cidre
Method: Shake all ingredients except Cidre in shaker with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass and top with Cidre.

Concrete Jungle
1 part Viniq Ruby
2 parts coconut rum
2 parts pineapple juice
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice in shaker. Pour into chilled cocktail glass.
