This is a special chance, to taste through several of the best Champagnes around all the while up’ing your sparkling knowledge game.

Join New York Champagne Week Founder, Blaine Ashley and the Toklas Society at Haven’s Kitchen as they present ‘Champs de Cuisine’. This culinary meets Champagne excursion will feature some of NYCs top female chefs; Esther Choi of Mokbar, Grayson Schmitz, Leah Cohen of Pig & Khao and Sara Lehman aka ‘Somm in the City’ as they present savory and sweet dishes featuring Champagne.
Fizz laden dishes will be served up alongside Lejay Cassis Kir Royale cocktails, Champagne Brut and Champagne Rose bars. And, a portion of event proceeds will benefit The Toklas Society, the NYC network of women in the food and hospitality industry that provides opportunities and resources for empowerment, development and professional growth.
