I am always on the hunt for fabulous brunch cocktails! Every Sunday I try to make brunch at home, or go out if I can. When I make it at home, I love to always include a cocktail or two, with some beneficial health ingredients. This not only justifies (somewhat) of my day drinking, but I also feel better about it. Either way you look at it, new cocktails are fun to try, and thanks to Red Ace Organics, I was able to make some amazing Beet cocktails!

It was fun just to drink the beet juice. I was sent the Beet Performance Shots, which are great for traveling, on the go needs, and also when you just need a little beet juice for your cocktails. The juice is good for stamina, endurance, healthy brain activity, and blood sugar support. It’s pretty concentrated, delicious, and earthy. It’s everything you expect and if you like beets, you’ll enjoy the flavor.

I love to mix it with lime seltzer and honey syrup, for a fun mocktail, as well as add it to my cocktails. Luckily you only need very little, to make a very flavorful beet-forward cocktail, so a small performance shot goes a long way! But like I said, this is about what you can do with it in cocktails, so here are two of my favorite beet brunch cocktails!
