National Margarita Day is this Saturday (tomorrow) 2/22!

Margarita’s are not just for hot summer days or fun times in Mexico. Margaritas consist of Lime Juice, Tequila, and other spirits or flavorings.

Where will you be celebrating National Margarita Day? If you love NYC and can’t picture spending this fun national day in any other city, then head to Anejo! This Hells Kitchen hot spot serves up some amazing Margaritas with one of my favorite Tequilas, Casa Noble. Here at Anejo the bartenders really know their stuff and whip up cocktails like its no ones business! I was fortunate enough to sit down with Spiro Galiatsatos, a Margarita Expert who gave me the scoop on making this cocktail perfect. He explains,

“It’s all about having fresh lime juice, I don’t care for margaritas that are overdone with triple sec or sour mix; also the perfect tequila helps too. Here at Anejo, we value our tequila to make our customers the perfect margaritas”.
