Feeling like you need something sweet with a bit of a kick? Piehole Whiskey comes in Cherry Pie, Apple Pie, and Pecan Pie flavors that will wow your palate and infuse into your favorite holiday treats. I decided to make a Chocolate Whiskey Pecan Pie with the Pecan Pie whiskey, however you could absolutely use the Cherry Pie flavor too, which also makes for a sweet and sexy treat this Valentines Day.

3 Eggs

2/3c Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1/2c Unsalted Butter (melted)

1/3c Light Corn Syrup

1c Pecan Halves

1 1/2c Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)

1/4c PIEHOLE Pecan Whiskey


1. Preheat oven to 375⋅F

2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, and syrup with hand beater (you can also whisk until the ribbon stage). Stir in pecans, chocolate chips, and whiskey. Pour into pie shell.

3. Bake until set, 45-50 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
