Ungava Gin, a Canadian Gin that is strikingly golden in color and really great in cocktails. This gin surprised me and I was instantly hooked with The Bees Knees cocktail!

2 oz. Ungava gin

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 oz. honey

Method: Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain over chilled coupe glass.

Ungava has a particular aroma of around six different botanicals that are native to the Northern Frontier area of Canada. In the summer the botanicals are handpicked and infused the traditional way: Nordic juniper, wild rose hips, cloudberry, crowberry, arctic blend and Labrador tea are naturally steeped until the gin takes on its complex flavor and distinctive golden hue.

Negroni week may have passed, but you don’t have to stop drinking them! Put a spin on this classic cocktail with Ungava Gin!

1 oz. Vermouth
