Spring is still trying to make its way here. The sun is shining and although the weather has not quite caught up yet, we still love our spring-spired cocktails! These fun, fruity, and inventive Belvedere cocktails will put you in the spring mood instantly!

Ginger Cosmo 

50 ml Belvedere Mango Passion

15 ml Domaine de Canton

10 ml fresh lime juice

20 ml cranberry juice

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake with ice

2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist.

 

Mango Mary
1.5 oz Belvedere Mango Passion
1/4 fresh lime
3 oz pineapple juice
3 dashes green Tabasco

Method:

1. Shake and pour over ice into a highball

2. Garnish with a lime wheel

 

Mango Mimosa
1  oz Belvedere Mango Passion
1.5 oz tangerine juice

Method:

1. Shake and pour into a flute

2. Top with champagne or sparkling wine
