Svedka, a vodka that is well known, loved, and comes in many flavors. This vodka is smooth, full of flavor, and makes for one heck of a great martini! 1.5 parts SVEDKA Vodka
1 part watermelon schnapps
.5 part cranberry juice
.5 part lemon juice
.5 part simple syrup
.25 part blue curacao
soda water
Method:
Build in a glass. Add watermelon schnapps and cranberry juice over ice, and then carefully add lemon, simple syrup and SVEDKA Vodka as to layer the white layer. Next, very carefully layer the blue curacao to create the color separation and gently top with soda. Garnish with a fresh watermelon pieces.
Flying Tomato
3 parts fresh tomato juice
.5 part fresh lemon juice
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Tabasco
Pinch of salt
Tomato garnish.
Method:
Build in a mixing glass and “roll” from one cup to another, until cold and mixed. Garnish with tomatoes on a toothpick, add grated black pepper.
Bode Bomber
2 parts SVEDKA Strawberry Colada
.75 parts simple syrup (or 1.5 tsp. sugar dissolved in .5 part fresh lemon juice)
1 tsp. Crème de Mure
5 muddled raspberries & 1 blackberry.
Method:
Muddle lemons and berries (and sugar, if dry) in a shaker. Combine remaining ingredients (except Crème de Mure and raspberries), shake quickly with ice and strain in rocks glass and top with crushed ice. In another tin, muddle berries and Crème de Mure into a very fine paste. Agitate the mixture and ice briefly. Top the glass with crushedice. Float berry paste evenly on the top of the ice. Garnish with a raspberry and a short straw.
Ligety-Split
.5 part vanilla syrup
.5 part cream
.5 part fresh lemon juice
.5 part egg white
dash of Angostura Bitters.
Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and shake well. Add ice and then shake again. Strain the mixture into a large port glass. Garnish with crushed frozen raspberries.
*Syrup Instructions: Warm 1 part of water until nearly boiling. Stir in half of a vanilla bean cut into fourths and press it lightly against thewalls of the vessel for 1 minute. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then add equal parts granulated sugar and stir until dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and strain out vanilla. This mixture will last approximately 1 week if covered and refrigerated.
