January always feels like a reset—but 2026 feels different.
This year marks the beginning of a new 9-year cycle, a true energetic clean slate. And as an Aquarius, I can’t help but feel especially aligned with what’s unfolding. Innovation, clarity, intention, and possibility are written all over this year—and after everything 2025 asked of me, I’m welcoming that energy with open arms.
2025 was a year of cleansing, letting go, and deep learning. It wasn’t always easy, but it was necessary. And now? All I feel is excitement, curiosity, and a renewed sense of purpose. This January, instead of pressure or perfection, I’m focusing on feeling better, sleeping better, nourishing my body, and creating small rituals that actually stick.
I’m incredibly grateful to a few amazing brands that helped me kick off the year in a healthier, more intentional way—and I’m excited to share what’s been working for me.
Rest Is the Foundation: Vida Lifescience Aurora Sleep Support
If there’s one thing I’m prioritizing this year, it’s sleep. Everything starts there.
The Aurora Sleep Support from Nutrascience has quickly become part of my nightly routine. It’s designed to help calm both the mind and body, making it easier to fall asleep—and stay asleep—without feeling groggy the next day.
This advanced formula supports:
-
Relaxation
-
Improved sleep quality
-
Reduced sleep latency
-
Circadian rhythm balance
-
Overall well-being
What I love most is the science-backed blend of ingredients like GABA, L-theanine, melatonin, and calming botanical extracts, delivered via liposomal technology for faster, more effective absorption. It’s natural, non-habit-forming, and truly feels supportive—not overpowering. I have used these several times and absolutely love them, as well as my husband who has the worst sleep habits and basically never sleeps. With these he does!
After loving their Vitamin C packets (which honestly saved me during my Italy trip), I was excited to try this next—and it’s been such a grounding addition to my evenings.
Mindful Sipping: FRE Alcohol-Removed Wine
There are nights when I want the ritual of a glass of wine, without the alcohol—and that’s where FRE has been fitting beautifully into my January routine.
For every bottle of FRE, the journey begins in their vineyards. Through state-of-the-art technology, the alcohol is
gently removed while preserving the character of the wine.
My favorites so far:
-
Sparkling Brut – crisp, celebratory, and my top pick
-
Cabernet Sauvignon – the most satisfying red option
-
Pinot Grigio – especially fun as a spritz
I’ll be honest—I’m still easing into fully loving alcohol-removed wine. For me, it’s less about replacing flavor and more about mindful choices and calories, and FRE gives me an option that still feels intentional and enjoyable.
Sometimes, that’s exactly what you need.
Turning the Shower Into a Ritual: Formulary 55
If you know me, you know I love turning everyday moments into rituals—and these shower steamers have completely elevated my mornings.
Formulary 55 sent over their shower steamers, and I’m officially obsessed. Made with eucalyptus, peppermint, and orange, they’re all-natural, small-batch, and create a true at-home spa experience.
I first fell in love with their lotion during my Italy trip—it truly saved my hands after endless washing in olive groves and vineyards. These steamers feel like the same thoughtful care, just in a different form.
Honestly? A spa moment at home is sometimes all we really need.
Ps. Have you checked out their lotions, the ones I wrote about from my Italy trip? If not, you must. My obsession? The Peony scent, it’s heavenly and so luxurious… honestly the best hand lotion I have ever tried!
A Skincare Obsession I Didn’t Expect: Ancient Greek Remedy
This one was a random Amazon find, but wow—my skin has never felt better.
Winter dryness was hitting hard, and no amount of lotion was helping… until this.
The Ancient Greek Remedy Organic Face & Body Butter has completely transformed my routine. It’s rich yet absorbs beautifully, leaving my skin smooth and hydrated all day long.
Why I love it:
-
87% organic, waterless formula
-
Cold-pressed oils for maximum nutrients
-
Almond, jojoba, olive, rosehip, vitamin E & lavender
-
No preservatives, parabens, or synthetic fragrances
-
Vegan, cruelty-free, pregnancy-safe
-
Non-comedogenic and gentle for sensitive skin
It delivers 24-hour hydration, especially when applied after a shower while skin is still damp. The natural lavender scent makes it feel calming and luxurious—like a skincare ritual, not a chore.
This one is officially a new obsession.
Nourishing From the Inside Out: Somm In The Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Of course, no wellness routine of mine would be complete without Somm In The Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
Both Picual and Coratina are rich in polyphenols, powerful antioxidants known for their anti-inflammatory benefits and overall health support. These oils aren’t just delicious—they’re functional.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about olive oil beyond the kitchen:
-
Supporting skin health from the inside
-
Helping reduce inflammation
-
Adding it externally as part of skincare rituals
High-quality extra virgin olive oil has been used for centuries for both nourishment and beauty—and it feels like such a full-circle moment to incorporate it inside and out.
The new 2025 Harvest is IN and let me tell you, the polyphenols are higher, and the oils just as smooth and perfect. We also have tons of more recipes in the shared document if you haven’t seen them yet!
Remember, life’s too short to have bad wine and evoo!
Winter Skin Rescue: Codex Labs BIA Eczema Skincare (Even If You Don’t Have Eczema)
Winter is always when my skin needs extra support, and while I don’t personally have eczema, I do deal with very dry, dehydrated winter skin. This is where Codex Labs BIA Eczema Skincare has really stood out for me. I’ve been using the BIA Unscented Soap and BIA Face Lotion, and they’ve been incredible for calming, hydrating, and supporting my skin barrier without irritation. The formulas are unscented, gentle, and deeply nourishing—perfect for winter glow, post-travel skin, or anytime your skin just feels stressed or depleted. And for what it’s worth, a close friend of mine does have eczema and absolutely loves this line, which gave me even more confidence in using it.
What sets Codex Labs apart is the science behind the brand. Founded by Dr. Barbara Paldus, a Stanford-trained scientist and serial entrepreneur, Codex Labs was created alongside dermatologists and ethnobotanists to deliver clinically proven, microbiome-supporting skincare without compromising sustainability. Their patented plant-based biotech complexes focus on hydration and barrier repair, and every product is backed by published clinical data, responsible sourcing, and cGMP-certified manufacturing. It’s thoughtful, effective skincare that truly supports skin health—especially during the colder months.
This January isn’t about perfection—it’s about alignment.
Better sleep. Thoughtful choices. Small daily rituals. Products that actually support how I want to feel.
Stepping into 2026, I feel lighter, clearer, and genuinely excited for what’s ahead. If you’re also entering this new 9-year cycle ready for fresh energy, I hope something here inspires you to create routines that truly nourish you—mind, body, and spirit.
Here’s to wellness that feels good, rituals that last, and a year full of possibility.
