BUBBLES & BEIGNETS: Join Sara at Black Diamond Culinary, a hidden gem in Franklin, TN! We will be showcasing some amazing styles of sparkling wine, from Champagne to American Sparkling, and everything in between. Come learn how to make your own sweet and savory beignets, while pairing them with some wine and amazing jam’s thanks to The Gracious Gourmet! TICKETS

Hot Cocktails with Somm In The City – Join Sara by the fire pit for some Hot Toddy’s, Port Hot Cocoa, and other classic hot cocktails too warm you up this winter. Learn why good spirits and good wines make these cocktails stand out, while enjoying some tasty treats and the crisp Woodloch air. Tickets are available via the Spa Desk at The Lodge at Woodloch.

New York Wines & Southern Comfort Classics with Somm In The City- Join Sara Lehman of Somm In The City at Mason Jar–a hub for world-class BBQ in Midtown Manhattan! Join us for an intimate evening of Southern style elevated comfort classics, paired with the remarkably food-friendly wines of New York. Over the course of the wine dinner, Sara will lead guests through an overview of New York wines and how to best pair the wine with even the boldest of flavors. The courses will include favorites like the Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Shrimp and Grits, and their famous Fried Chicken!  $75/per person. Includes 3 courses and wine tasting.

Sherry Tasting Dinner with Mexican Fusion Cuisine! – Join Sara a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist and Leanne, Brand Ambassador for Lustau and the amazing team at 390 Social for a one of a kind evening of food and wine pairings! Learn why sherry works in cocktails while sipping some of 390’s creative concoctions. In between the courses we will also taste through a range of Lustau sherry styles and see why these wines are so food friendly and absolutely should be on your wine picks list! $75/per person, includes food and wine and cocktails. 1st Course:

Smoked Elotito- Smoked baby corn, ant chile costeno mayo, queso fresco

2nd Course:

Scallop crudo- Prickly pear passionfruit juice, pied de cochon, calamari in vegan chicharron

3rd Course:

Octopus Taco- Root beer Leaf tortilla, grilled octopus pastor, peach chilhuacle salsa.

4th Course:

Blue Cobia- Mexican truffle mole, chayote salad

5th Course:

Panucho tartar- Aged sirloin, crispy corn panucho, avocado green papaya tartar

Dessert:

Sherry Affogato- House made cream cheese ice cream, candied pear, Lustau PX Sherry
