It’s been a rough year, let’s face it. Restaurant/hospitality workers and frontline workers were some of the hardest his industries during all of this, and to give back, Guinness is celebrating these industry heroes.

Guinness is an iconic part of this holiday, and it’s also delicious. This stout is ideal with hearty stews, the American tradition of Corned Beef and Cabbage, and even something like Shepards Pie! Regardless this brand is one of the most loved, especially for St Patricks Day! To give its thanks and remind people there is a lot to celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day, and every day for that matter, Guinness is raising #AToastTo our heroes on the front lines, as well as pubs and bartenders. This thanks extends all the way through our community of friends in New York too!

Continuing the brands tradition of giving back, the iconic Irish stout brand is donating $600,000 to Team Rubicon and organizations fighting food scarcity across the country, including Feeding New York StateThis is going to help many people in need, and is something we should all be doing. I know I have been saving my money accordingly that way each week, my fiancé and I can go out to dinner, and support restaurants as much as we possibly can. We will also be taking a weekend getaway next week during St. Patricks weekend, and supporting a lot of local Boston businesses, and hotels. It’s so important to support each other and be united, especially in times like this.

For those of you looking for an ideal pairing for your St. Paddy’s Day, I absolutely recommend grabbing some of these Limited-Edition cans of Guinness and enjoy the smooth, dark, taste of this amazing Stout. It’s complex, yet refreshing, creamy, and just perfect after a long day.

Always remember, eat what you like and drink what you love. Please pair responsibly!
